A Similarity Report is available within few mintes after submitting the document. During sessions the verification period can take a bit longer.
Token is a currency of the system. To check the documents on the individual accounts you need to buy tokens. The final number of required tokens you need are calculated by system after you upload your work for verification. You need to remember that 1 token let you check 20 000 characters which is around 10 pages. So, for example, if you upload a document with 60 000 characters or about 30 pages it will require 3 tokens to check your document.
Tokens are valid 6 months from the moment of purchase.

When analysing a Similarity Report you should remember that:
The Strikeplagiarism.com Similarity Report is only a tool for evaluation. The System mechanically detects similarities to other documents and provides with a result that should be analyzed by a competent person to ascertain whether citations have been properly marked and annotations made. The Similarity Coefficient alone cannot be considered a definite measure of copyright infringement. The Strikeplagiarism.com System does not analyse which document was created first. The document that was indexed and submitted to the System earlier is not treated as a source but can be considered as a similar fragment. Therefore, the Similarity Report cannot be considered when deciding which file is the original and which is the copy. The methods of similarity detection used by the System sometimes cause commonly used or standardised phrases with specialised terminology to be highlighted as alleged plagiarism.
Different colors mean different sources. More information about Similarity report you can find in the Manual.
What does the Similarity Coefficient 2 indicate? The Similarity Coefficient 2 is a parameter that can be set individually by each client, it is displayed in the Similarity Report as well as on the Documents console. It is estimated using the same method as the Similarity Coefficient 1 (that is by calculating the percentage of words in the document that have been found in other sources but consisting of the short 25 words text fragments). Such a coefficient let the expert find out how much of the text cosists of big text blocks and, therefore, gives more data for analyse whether infrightment took place.
